Decreasing against other races in western society? How? Where? What?

We are all in this together, which means taking responsibility for the shitty things our ancestors did and making sure that we don't repeat them. You are not being made to blame yourself, the blame still lies with ancestors, you are being made aware of what happened so that you don't act in the same way as the ancestors, if not better. You shouldn't complain about mass immigration, not because you are white or black or whatever but because immigrants try to better their future and work hard for that and deserve not to lose chance at better future only because they were born in certain country.
