I'm a tool for trying to pull mobs at my own pace?

The fault is on both sides, but you expect only the tank to adjust and adapt. The individual who already has more responsibility. That's your failure. I'm all for confronting the DPS. Maybe they don't know. Hell, maybe I don't know why they pulled - maybe it was a pristine opportunity to pull a pack without eight other mobs. But in a majority of situations that confrontation devolves rapidly.

I communicate with everyone in my group. I'm just tired of the DPS attitude in the game as a whole. Doesn't mean there isn't great DPS folks out there, and it doesn't mean that there isn't shit tanks and healers out there. (How about them healers who only heal the tank and never the DPS?) The environment is beyond bearable, and we will all suffer for it. Refusing to stay in your lane will only continue to make it worse.

As for the "do my job" thing -- that's what I want to do. I want the DPS to do their job, I want to do my job, and just like my real job, when someone steps out of line, they're going to get reprimanded.
