I'm Trevor Fencott, CEO of Fire & Flower. Please leave your questions and I’ll be back tomorrow (April 23rd) at 4:00pm EST to answer your questions!

I didn't say I cared about what my kids can see of what info they can get. They are already informed about weed. I'm asking a legitimate question about their website that contravenes the Cannabis Act and a recent letter sent out by Health Canada about websites like theirs.

To quote a March letter from Health Canada: "For example, if the informational promotion or brand preference promotion is communicated by means of a telecommunication, such as online, the person responsible for the content of the promotion must, subject to the regulations, take reasonable steps to ensure that the promotion CANNOT be accessed by a young person."

With potential fines of $1M and revocation of licences at stake, I'd say this should be something he should answer.
