I'm very impressed with Google's Project Stream

I got into Nvidia Geforce Now beta recently and was impressed how much better it worked than I expected, I tried few games including fortnite and the input delay was comparable to something like having vsync on. Though I only have ~9ms delay to the nearest server according to the geforce now apps network test which might play big part on why it felt so responsive compared to what I have heard from other people.

Playing with automatic settings turns image quality into pixelated youtube video but using manual settings and cranking up maxium bitrate to 50 Mbps and turning vsync off made the experience much more enjoyable. While input delay was not problem for me at all the packet loss every now and then causing stream to drop frames put me off.
