I'm writing a story about the 90s in Russia

I can remember little that could be presented as a story. Just everywhere cruelty, poverty, death. Everywhere trash, everything is broken. General lack of culture (what we still suffer from). At that time I rarely left home. Only to school and home. I remember one “school” story.

One guy studied at my school. He was a very aggressive sociopath and constantly terrorized everyone. Wherever we go, we stumbled upon him everywhere. And every time he tried to do something with us. At the school disco, he always came up to our corner and for no reason just beat everyone in a row. He was often drunk and with him was his "friend", an equally inadequate freak. We were very afraid of him and really hated. In the middle of high school, he decided to drop out of school and went into some sort of dark business dealing with the sale of hard drugs. Something went wrong and he seemed to have lost the goods, but there were rumors that he had simply stolen.
A crowd of local bandits dragged him into the apartment of my classmate with whom they were familiar (a classmate was expelled from the apartment, he climbed a tree and saw everything through the window) and there he was severely raped. Immediately after this, this freak became quiet, did not particularly talk to anyone, just wandered drunk through the streets, and then suddenly disappeared somewhere.
