I'm a young woman (23) who alternates between feeling like the hottest female in the world and like the ugliest pile of trash. Additionally, a good portion of my life is consumed with what men think of me.

Male attention is EASY. Easier than you can imagine. Men can get distracted by any woman, not just the skinniest/prettiest whatever. Most men aren't that picky and many like a much more broad variety than you think. And most of all, men like easy women... no matter what they look like. Now, I'm not saying ALL men, but most men. It's literally about cleanliness, femininity/warmth, and confidence. Once you realize this, you'll realize that you probably have WAY more male attention than you realized and it is NOT the end all, be all of your existence. Men. Are. Easy.

What you're most likely craving is fatherly affection, something you probably didn't get in your childhood. You need to recognize this about yourself and begin your journey to self-help and healing. Did you grow up without a father? If so, I have personal experience and can give you a great book suggestion to help you with these issues.

Sorry, I don't have much time on my lunch break, but if I'm touching on some issues you think you're facing please let me know. I can offer more advice.
