[Image] Never stop trying!

I wish I could buy into one dimensional bullshit like this, but the reason people “don’t try” is either because they’ve calculated the chance of success as improbable and not worth the risk (often correctly), or that “success” isn’t worth the work and sacrifice involved in getting there. Therefore I propose that those who “don’t try” are often just smarter than those who try and fail, and often smarter than those who “succeed” but spent a lifetime of struggle and discomfort in getting there.

Bottom line: everybody’s on a complicated decision-making path in life and the idea that “trying but failing” is somehow more admirable than being smart enough to predict and avoid failure is, of course, bullshit.
