When I got out of the military many years ago I was also going through a divorce. Long story short I decided to move back to my home town to get back on my feet. Ended up moving in with w guy that I grew up within until I was able to get my own place.

This guy had a husky and pull this exact same shit. His balcony was just covered in dog shit. Never cleaned it and never took him for a walk but kept the dog on the balcony when he was gone. The balcony was a whole lot bigger than the one in the picture. I came home one day and the dog was trying to get onto the roof.

I ended only staying there for a few days because of it. Ended up calling animal control. They came out and took the poor dog. Right after they left I went to management. Packed my shit up and left that night.

I haven't heard from him in probably ten years. He was pissed but they definitely evicted him and he never got the dog back.
