Honesly i don't think any insightful debate can come out of this first post. Both addictions are totally different, but right here you're comparing them, and if some people admit that they are unrelated and different, you say its not the point. Sometimes i've got the sense that comparing things like that is just a way of saying "OMG i just stopped wanking and looking at porn, it seems like it's nothing, but my addiction is in some way harsher than heroin addiciton, i'm some tough-ass mofo you don't think ? I'm doing nofap currently, and i've been through opiate withdrawal, this is why i don't like the two things being compared. Because if one week of nofap makes me feel angry, sleepless and confused, one week of opiate withdrawal ? Just two days are traumatizing, comparing them is useless
