(US) Improve Financial Situation

Those were estimates off the top of my head. Here is a better breakdown:

Mortgage: $1679 / mo. Student Loans: $262 / mo. Energy: $200 / mo. Car Insurance: $189 / mo. HoA (Quarterly): $130 / mo. City Utilities: $62 / mo. Phone Bill: $41.67 / mo. Gas: $25 / mo.

And yes, it does feel like I’m becoming house poor. My only hope is that this is initial. Yes, ideally I’d like to rent this place out or property manage it. I currently live with my younger cousin, and they are helping out with paying their share of the utilities, which I have not deposited yet. I'm charging them a low rate for rent ($200), since they can't afford much at the moment.

Also, wanted to point out, that I do work shift work, and OT at times, so my wages change throughout the year. The number posted earlier is my base and paycheck at a minimum. I am also working on ways to potentially increase my wages in the future, by investing in myself by taking classes via company educational benefits, and others. Hopefully, later down the road can use my experience at my current job, and educational experiences to market myself and get a higher paying job or maybe even a raise at my current job. I'm also looking into getting a second remote work job and use that salary to just to pay off my student debt.

I hope this is just a temporary hole I’ll dig myself out of, and in the future, I’ll increase my wages, and decrease my costs. Am really on here to maybe find better ways to do so, than I currently am.
