Want to improve housing affordability? Here’s the solution

People just need to accept that they can't afford to live in a capital city.

There's plenty of cheap real estate in regional cities and in 20-30 years time those regional cities will be just as 'unaffordable' as the major cities now.

The growth of Australia means we're bound to move out into regional areas and populate the continent. 30 years ago the last generation moved to the outer suburbs for affordability when there wasn't much there, look at those suburbs now. They're absolutely booming. Now it's the next generations turn to move even further out from the city. In 30 years time it'll be the same again.

It's all a part of building Australia, it's a yound country just go with it. We can't all fight over 5% of the land.
