Not really sure why you favor Batch 1 so much over Batch 2. Based on your point system they look pretty even:

Leads: Batch 1: 19 points (2-3/5 viable) Batch 2: 8.5 points (0-1/5 viable)

So batch 2 really only has one lead and even then it won't see a bunch of use. But I feel like this is pretty negligible because there are naturally many less leads than subs in the game and none of the Batch 1 leads are particularly great. 2x HP/2x ATK leads are nice and safe but if we're talking quality they fall behind 2.5x ATK in most situations, not to mention others like G3 and Class boosters. So we're left with Marco and Thatch which is a fair bit in Marco's favor because he'll see more use in the ever-present Global turtle times and for the upcoming Zephyr raid (assuming Bandai ever releases it...)

Subs: Batch 1: 29 points (2-4/5 viable) Batch 2: 44 points (5/5 viable)

Batch 2 seems to dominate in subs which is what a lot of players are probably looking for these days. If they've already got one or more of G3/Rayleigh/Mihawk/Kid/Jimbei then they'll want quality subs to fill in their rainbow teams. Both of these batches have lots of good beatsticks but Batch 2 definitely excels in that department having 4/5 of them with over 1300 ATK.

Niche: Batch 1: 39 points (4-5/5 viable) Batch 2: 35.5 points (3-4/5 viable)

For Niche points they run about even with the edge to Batch 1 since all of them have some usage (even Izo).

Overall I'd say these batches are pretty close and have a lot of nice strong units. I like your guide and appreciate the work you put in but I think saying that you should not pull at all is a bit silly. I'd argue that if you are sitting at 0-1/4 6* units and 0-4/10 of the WB crewmates then it would be a great idea to spend some gems here. To compare let's look at what else you could spend gems on: -The next two raid bosses are not as important as ones like Mihawk and Garp, and Doffy is a long ways off with Bandai's raid schedule. -Perona is great and I'd recommend some refilling but no need to go wild since she is the only really good thing in this fortnight -The next fortnight worth going all-in (imo) is Impel Down Croc (2 solid characters and several good books) which is 3 months away. -The Strong World batches are excellent but I think for those it is best to wait until both are out, which I could easily see not happening until late November or December.

Considering what is to come I think this Sugofest is a worthwhile bargain for spending your gems. Afterwards you can save up for more important content which as I've stated is a little ways away.
