If you're claiming that of the 2000 Travis Credit Union members across the whole of the United States that were polled, most of them do not carry cash, I am inclined to believe you. The data seems clear.

We do not have Travis Credit Unions in New York City. Furthermore, anything that claims "most Americans" do such and such is not always going to apply locally.

It's frustrating to have to also explain to you how surveys and data works.
