Why is incest haram but Adam and Eve and their children committing it is fine?

See, for one, Adam and Eve are allegory. They weren’t really the FIRST humans alive, I don’t believe. Adam PBUH was the first prophet, not human; you gotta think, who would he have been a prophet to if there was barely a civilization when he came to earth? ‘The first human,’ I think, is symbolic of Adam PBUH being the first prophet in that humans have the capability to be prophets/as good as prophets. I don’t have the entire idea fleshed out, truthfully, I’m still learning, but I don’t think Adam and Eve were really the first humans ever created and brought to Earth alone and their offsprings had to commit incest—I really don’t think that’s how that happened. But again, still learning, these are my current thoughts
