Incoming Freshman Placement Question

The stuff about taking it Junior year only applies to placement testing. If you take an AP exam during highschool (including senior year) and you get a high enough score according to this chart, you get credit for the listed courses. So to be clear -- your AP scores from senior year WILL count. They just won't exempt you from any placement testing.

You don't have to take the English placement test because you already got a 30+ ACT english. However, you do have to take the Math placement test.

If you take the AP Calc exam and get a 4 or a 5, your math placement test score doesn't mean shit. So for example, if you take your Math placement test and place into Calc 1, if you get a 5 on Calc AB you get credit for Calc 1 and are eligible to take Calc 2.

Also if you're wondering here's the university schedule of classes so you can look up course codes and match them up with a course name to see exactly what your AP exams will give you credit for.
