Inconsistency in the books regarding the lifespan of spells.

Tired of you people whining constantly. It's a fucking play. Stage productions need to hold an attentions audience for multiple hours, and don't have fancy visual effects and editing to captivate viewers. This is why Cursed Child has stuff like the Trolley Lady throwing candy bombs. One of the few things stage productions can rely on to keep viewers' attention is pyrotechnics and practical effects. Things like bombs are easy to do, flashy, and fun.

There? Is that a better response? But, knowing you people, you'll still bitch and whine about it, despite it having a perfectly fucking logical reason for being as silly as it is. What's the point in writing a good reply if you're all just gonna refuse to accept it and continue to whine? Rowling herself could write you a fucking 20 page essay on why Cursed Child is the way it is, and you probably still wouldn't accept it because you're so hellbent on hating it.
