Indeed is horrible

I see the value in it but it's a big time waster when not used correctly.

Big time wasters. I have also noticed that a lot of the "Easy Apply" type jobs are usually scams that are trying to get your info right away or to bait you in quickly for a bad job. A couple years ago I used Easy Apply once and the company called me really quickly like 2 or 3 hours later wanting to set up an in person interview without even telling me about the position. I setup a time, but it seemed fishy so after the call I googled the address and a ton of bad reviews popped up for different MLM companies. The reviews even detailed the exact same I thing I went through of a weird and immediate phone call, with out even a quick chat or give more information about the job. It seemed like they would change their name yearly because of the constant complaints. These scammers are the worst.
