India speaks but only if you speak what others want to hear

You are wrong and you seemed confused. On one hand you are calling for "everyone to be able to speak their opinion" on the other you are calling for "mods shouldn't encourage hate speech".

Most of the posts on this page are just supporting agendas of the ruling government. If there is any news against it, gets reported. Everyone should be aloud to speak their opinion.

I believe it's because this sub was created when anyone who remotely supported the government was banned by the other sub. Whatever may be the reason for it's creation this sub doesn't ban anyone and doesn't stifles anyone's voice. Now just because you are entitled to speak an opinion doesn't mean that you are entitled for upvotes. A community has a right to hold am opinion, no one and especially the mods should be allowed to interfere with that. Though that said, if you put your point properly and argue in good faith you wouldn't be downvoted. Just yesterday I criticised the ruling government approach heavily on handling the Nepal diplomatically, my comment was on the top of the post.

And the mods should not encourage any type of hate speech. And if it's not the case, just let everyone know who come across this sub what it really is.

I agree with you but there is a problem with this. Who is the arbitrator of that. I have seen examples of hate speech here that have been dealt with swiftly. I have also seen examples where a mere criticism of a certain community is labelled as Hate speech. What is your criteria? You said mods shouldn't encourage hate speech. Can you post any example of mods encouraging hate speech?
