Feb 2013 Hyd blasts : I change 3-4 buses to travel from my home to the place I did my btech main project. In the evening boarded the return bus and got down couple of stops before than to go to bus depot and meet friend. After amost reaching the bus stop near my home ..got a call from my mom..didnt pick up as I was on footboat (rush hour) thought anyways 5 mins to home. Got down at the stop and got the call again from mom..screaming WHERE?? ("Ekkadaaa?" in telugu). Told her in 5 mins I would be home.

She replied to go home immediately..( she was at work also) without going anywhere. Switched on the TV (first put telugu news channel but since I cant read the telugu news flash..had to change to NDTV) I got to know that the first bus which I got down couple to stops earlier had a serial blasts in Dilsuknagar bus stop (where I was suppose to meet my friend). I knew no one in the bus..but still remember few faces..god knows where and how they are. I still recollect my mom's scream on the phone...and gives my goosebumbs. I make sure that I pick up phone always. My friend whom I had to meet was 100m away from the bus depot..on a bike and almost fell down.No injuries. He was the first person I called and thank god.
