I’m not from Toronto, but moved here a few years and have always heard about this man but never saw him. Saw him for the first time earlier this week when he trapped an entire group of people in a store inside because he was yelling and banging on the door/walls and no one wanted to pass him.

The poor girl who was working was terrified and unsure of what to do. Did my best to calm her and guide her through what to do. I work in mental health and see behavior like this all the time, so I wasn’t really worried or intimidated it he can definitely be scary to others.

It’s really unfortunate seeing him around and knowing that this behavior has been occurring for years and he’s still not doing better.
