Infant vomiting, not just normal spit up. Google says it’s ER worthy but I’m not sure if what she’s got is what they’re talking about, plus it’s happened one other time and she was ok...

Bare with me as little ones aren’t really my speciality, so please take this with a grain of salt, but I’d continue to keep monitoring for now.

Obviously, if the vomiting persists straight to the ER. But also, if she becomes more irritable to lethargic like difficult to wake up, listless like uninterested in usual activities such as playing or eating, notice that she’s within distress like her nostrils start flaring or you hear an audible wheeze / see her breathing pretty hard, amount of wet diapers decrease, or even the soft spots on her head kinda get sunken in, then straight to the ER.

Otherwise, you have every right to be concerned about projectile vomiting and I’d definitely mention this on the next follow up appointment as well to rule out any possible GI concerns.

Hope this helps, if you have any other questions or concerns feel free to let us know and obviously if something seems off to you, phone the triage nurse or go straight to the ER, as it’s always better to be safer than sorry!
