The right side says מזל טוב which means "good luck" or "congratulations." The left side seems to say שנת שעא which means "year of (57)71" = 2010/2011 AD.
The confusion in the comments stems from the fact that שעא = 371. Jewish written dates can be abbreviated since its been the fifty-seventh century for about a minute. The same date could also be written תשע״א =771, as in "(5)771". A Hebrew reader would get confused because something from a century earlier would be written תרע״א = 671, meaning "(5)671".

Most likely its a class ring or something from about 10 years ago. Cool though.
