Inside ISIS: Quietly preparing for the loss of the ‘caliphate’

Hey sorry I couldn't understand the last two paragraphs (or last half).

But first part (honestly i'm not qualified to answer, mainly if I say something wrong which I probably will, Its best that I tell you that I don't know if i'm 100% with the answer i'd give).

The second paragraph, if it goes to war you won't be obligated to fight, and if the war is lost you will get paid all of your money that you had spent living under that country (even have historical accounts of non muslims receiving their jizya is full amount, money usually spent to help people adjust).. I also don't think it's really a islam thing for that scenario. In the US many didn't support vietnam war, iraq war, etc...so the comparison of secular vs islam isn't really islamic specific.

To be fair the hardliners advocating for strict sharia is debatable. Like the example previous, some countries have twisted version of sharia, but it's corrupted. For other hardliners, why would anyone want to follow their rules and courts when they themselves aren't following basic Islamic laws? Don't kill innocent, don't kill those who surrender, don't kill women and children..etc..
