We shouldn't pay for the government it's a con but is not the basis of the argument. However the people you are suggesting we put in danger are individuals with families. That in our country are a VOLUNTEER organisation. The whole point of your argument has changed. I'm talking about protecting your fellow man from harm by not getting lost in the bush.

Govt workers here are still getting paid and we seem to have a decent package keeping people above the line

We are not trapped in our homes. We can go out. And our enforcers won't back a government take over. I'm ex army and still in contact with the boys. They did not join to lick govt boots.
