You can have a silver tongue(fingers) and do what I did. Before they even offered insider discounts to current customers for switching to Magenta Max, I attempted to sway T-Force by saying I really wanted to be on the up-to-date Magenta Max brand, as well as being able to participate in future phone promotions. I said the price difference is the only reason I can't switch. So I asked "Are there possibly any discounts that could be added to my plan on switching to Magenta Max to bring the price closer to my current plan?". I knew about the insider discounts, but didn't mention that it was what I was after. A rep hooked me up with an old 2017 insider discount.

I'm not sure how you'd sway someone if you're already on Magenta Max though.
