Insight / advice urgently needed (Calf Strain)

As a long time calf tweaker, the best thing I did was buy one of those therabody massage guns. 5mins a night whenever the tweak started to flare knocked it right out, good to go the next day.

Note: this is a short term fix, I know I need to work on my alignment and other gait issues (treat the root of the problem and not the symptoms) and suggest you seek pro advice and do the same.

Note note: I’m not an ambassador for therabody, so it doesn’t have to be the expensive name brand, I got a really good massage gun off Amazon for under $50, you just need something to do a good deep tissue massage without having to go to a physio every time!
