Insomnia help

Used to associate earlier bedtime with insomnia and forced myself to go to bed later to get solid sleep. That was till I stopped being anxious about it and can now sleep whatever time I feel like it. I'll wake up a few times at night maybe but I don't even care. I'm getting around 7-8 hours of total sleep + an afternoon 1,5h nap and in the morning I feel like a chad.

Insomnia (when primary) is all about anxiety really. Even putting rules about sleep hygiene which supposedly helps, translates to anxiety in the minds of the sleep deprived. The only miracle medicine for primary insomnia is to stop giving a f*ck and sleep without rules.

I can't believe how much sleep I've unlocked once I stopped thinking like "Do this / Don't do that"

Exterminating every single clock from your radius will help you a lot btw. The only rule I'd unconditionally recommend.
