I instantly became addicted to Methamphetamine without even realizing

Huh, that's interesting. Probably gonna get a lot of shit for this because of the stigma associated with meth but I use daily but follow a strict dosing protocol, along with eating and sleeping regularly. If I skip eating, I make sure I get my nutrients from supplements and stay hydrated. I also take regular tolerance/detox breaks. And to be honest, in the last few years it has improved my quality of life more than I could ever put into words. I've been able to mend relationships with family members that I thought were beyond repair, I've been able to analyze, learn from, and let go of traumatic events from my past that were causing anxiety and depression and a huge blow to my self confidence. And of course, I'm more productive and my ability to get shit done has increased tenfold. Not saying you shouldn't quit, but there are always factors to responsible a meth use that are often overlooked which change the experience and are responsible for the negative perception of the drug. Sleep and nutrition being the two major ones. It sucks that your ex wasn't willing to be supportive in a crucial time of need during recovery but it is what it is.

But yeah, the next few days off might be a little rough but things will get better. Try to eat nutrient dense foods and avoid refined sugars and heavily processed foods. Look into what supplements you can take that will naturally promote dopamine and serotonin production(l-dopa and 5htp come to mind). Magnesium, potassium, sodium, and other minerals are your friend. Be sure to take them as needed and drink plenty of water. And if possible, try to keep your work load light and avoid excessive social interactions unless absolutely necessary. And get some sleep! Good luck
