Interested In Programming - Where Would I Even Work?

I'm not sure what neurodivergent is as it's not something I've researched. Therefore I'm not sure in which ways programming may be better or worse for someone who is neurodivergent. However, software development can be an excellent field for some and a horrible field for others. It's definitely not for everyone. Some get burned out from it very quickly and others absolutely love it and do it in their spare time outside of work as well. It all depends on the person and you should seek to understand if it's something you'll actually enjoy and, if so, what sorts of things you think you'd enjoy working on. Once you have a clearer picture with that then you can begin asking more specific questions of people that they can provide more targeted advice for.
