I get that everyone here is looking for an edge and we are eager to trust “itk”s when we get intel that cold give us the edge we seek. Still, we should rather learn to trust sources when they have shown to be trustworthy, not just because someone else is jumping on another bandwagon without reliability behind it.

I wanted to captain Aguero. What made me choose Salah now is not the info that Aguero will not start from that guy, it was that Pep likes rotating his strikers and Aguero was back a week earlier, Jesus can kickstart his season now. City is going to win that game regardless of who’s up top and it can only help Pep having 2 confident strikers. If City somehow fail to break them down, Aguero will be subbed in anyway.

So I choose Salah this time... it’s a security option and I want to focus on having consistent returns without being ultra reliant on the returns of my captain. Makes more sense to me, currently. Marathon, not a sprint.
