Hey guys, just wondering if you have any thoughts on what this language from an email might mean. Yesterday my prospective hiring manager sent me an email asking if I was available for a "follow up chat." He has a "few questions he'd like to discuss" during a "30-minute discussion."

Is this an interview? I've now had a phone screen, in person with this hiring manager, and a video interview with senior executives. But it's the first time he's reached out, and not the corporate recruiter.

On the one hand, I feel like it could be an offer. Who meets for 30 minutes? On the other, I feel like it could be clarifying questions based on the video interview. Just thinking about how I should prepare.
