This is a misinterpretation when Jesus talks about eating bread in memory of Him and His sacrifice, referring to His own body on the cross since Jesus is the “bread of life”

Luke 22:19 KJV And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.

The Body of Christ means that all those who eat bread in remembrance of Christ through His death and resurrection have Christ’s righteousness fully dwell in them through the Holy Spirit

1 Corinthians 12:12 KJV For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

Nothing to do with eating Jesus’ flesh
