Investing as an NSF

Ssb minimum sum is 2k no? But either way the sum is too small to invest meaningfully, you are very much limited by your capital. My advice is don't bother for now. Once your capital is at least 5 digits, your options open up significantly ranging from corporate bonds with at least 6% coupon payments (low risk) to equity stocks which provides dividends (Singapore dividends being one-tier and tax exempt) and capital gains. Right now your capital is too low so commission fees will eat up your returns. I find the etf DCA to not be worth it, commission too high at 1 percent plus you are pretty much limited to Singapore market which often suffers from being underpriced. Am finance trained for my degree and am working in related role.
