Iowa tenant law

You missunderstood me. I'm not an idiot. Of course I understand the risks of life. I don't want to live next to a dope house. I mean no offense but how did you miss this throughout all of my post??

I made a mistake posting here. Once again Reddit is devoid of sympathy, real advice, and humanity.

I asked for advice on how to advoid living next to a dope house when I move... I asked how the hell can I sign a lease with out knowing if and when I will be held accountable

I didn't ask for personal advice on how to deal with the risk of life. I'm pretty aware of how dangerous life can be.... I mean duhhhhh I live next to a dope house and general criminal hang out spot.

I mean of course life is risky.... Like no fucking shit. But we can do things to reduce the risk. That's what I was asking: What can I do to reduce (as much as reasonably possible) the risk of having to live next to a dope house next time I move. Perhaps if you didn't assume I was a tard you would realize that.

There are risks we accept and risks we don't. As a father I cannot accept living next to a dope house. I made a mistake in trusting the land lord and not being more complete in talking to neighbors. I own up to that. What the hell do I do next time?

Not every one knows as much as you but it doesn't mean they are stupid. No offense. Just saying....

None of you offered any advice other than to give up and allow a landlord to do nothing about drug traffic and dangerous people.

You people couldn't even offer one single peice of advice on how to advoid this agian.

I made a mistake posting here. Lesson learned. I'll just use Google next time. Human interaction is a joke
