i had a pretty rough ride with their CS. i got a "jump the waitlist and receive a may bag!!" email from them and decided to subscribe and jump the waitlist because i wanted that bag. noticed after a few days that i wasn't scheduled to be charged until june, which means starting with the june bag. i asked CS why i'm starting with a june bag when the email said i'd be starting with the may bag, and the response was, "we're so sorry this happened to you! sit tight, we're still preparing your june bag!"

it took a full week for anyone to get back to me, and when they did, they still completely failed to recognize the fact that they were sending out marketing emails for may bags. they seemed to think i was confused that i'd start in june. i was not. they said, verbatim: "I'd be happy to make an exception for you and make sure you get a Glam Bag for this month."
