Dude - I sent you a message a week ago (2 actually) saying that the VOD address isn't working. Nothing from you back at all. Now today the TV portal isn't working. This is the SECOND time you've disappeared on me after service failures. The last time you only got back to me because I posted on a public thread (like this) after seeing you out trying to sell more product without servicing existing customers like me.
Regardless, after finally getting your attention, you made an excuse for ignoring me and 'graciously' offered me a free year of service for my trouble. I expressly offered to keep paying for the service because I didn't want to NOT be treated as a customer. I wanted to ensure if I had service issues, they would be fixed. I didn't mind paying for a service that I value.
And now, as I've said, your service is down. And the only way I know can get your attention is to post on comment threads since you won't respond any other way. I see in your posts you claim to have thousands of customers, but I find that difficult to believe given that you can't service just ONE consistently. I truly hope your 10 EUR profit off of me has been worth it.
