I will continue to say with respect to your argument that some of this is overwhelmingly simplified. Most all of us don't interact or are often in the presence of first generation Africans. African Americans according to data you have provided have a mean IQ of 85. I stated previously that an IQ of 85 is high enough to function and assimilate to Western culture. Also worth noting as I stated previously, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who has made a substantial difference to civilized society with an IQ of 100. Most all great minds that have contributed via innovation and creation have been outliers with substantially higher intelligence than the mean. If all these people were outliers, how would the average human be able to make use of these inventions and advancements with such a substantial gap in intelligence between the inventors and creators? The reason is because it takes a very low level of intelligence to actually benefit from and make use of things provided and explained by those of higher intellect.

I see where you are going, and parts of it have validity. Intelligence could very well be a contributing factor to African Americans cultural differences, but there is more to it. I refuse to target a group simply because statistics show they are less intellectual than myself or someone else. That to me is foolish and baseless hate. I don't hate people who are challenged mentally or cognitively, so why would I do the same for one group of people that have no control over the intellectual disposition they are born into? What I cannot get behind is criminal activity and blaming of other races for their irresponsibility and neglect. I cannot get behind a culture that finds it acceptable to raise a child without a father and doesn't stress the importance of education. Those are things that we should truly be concerned with. I think some of this is nonsense that doesn't accomplish anything besides saying, hey whites are more likely to have higher IQs than blacks. So what? If they truly cared for an education, committed crime at the same rate other races do, and took responsibility for their actions without crying racism, I had no problem with anyone even if they statistically had lower levels of intellect.
