You’re missing the point.

“Hivemind” is just a buzzword. If you’re being ridiculed for your views by your peers, it’s because you are out of touch with the beliefs your peers hold. It’s not some conspiracy where everybody is hiding their love for conservatism underneath a veil of progressivism. That’s just not a logical way to view it, it’s a way to cope with the fact that you’re an outlier.

You’re entitled to your beliefs though, I’d never shame someone for being conservative. I have conservative friends. I’m just pointing out an easily observable, unbiased truth about the direction politics are going. Downvoting me doesn’t change this fact of life.
