I have an issue with sweeping generalizations like this. Solidifying the idea that everyone who voted for Donald Trump is part of THEM and therefore completely incapable of being reasoned with is not helpful to anyone.

Are there people who still deify the man? Sure, but saying anyone who’s the least bit conservative or right leaning is one of THEM is absolutely damaging to hopes of managing to do literally anything productive as a country.

It is very possible to maintain some traditionally conservative views and acknowledge that there is merit in many others from the other side of the political spectrum. It is also possible to have been misguided, uninformed, or any number of other things during previous elections or the past in general that would have lead you to making decisions you wouldn’t necessarily make today.

I think it is important to be open minded and give people a chance before condemning them as one of THEM because it is very possible all they have ever received is condemnation when a little education and understanding was all they needed to figure their shit out.
