Change doesn’t happen over night. Instead of putting them down because they haven’t caught up we should acknowledge their good efforts when they make strides/attempts to do so.

The UN may seem like a joke most of the time because it lacks teeth, but it does do good things occasionally (just as it has done bad things.) However, it is one of the only organizationg we have that gives us an arena for global diplomacy. What other options do we have?
