Why isn't incest legal?

alright, I don't really know how to respond to this without sounding like an incest advocate, but I'm of the position that I don't care and it's an ethically neutral thing. Stop and think about the 'genetic diseases' argument for a moment. Two disabled people can also have a child with genetic problems, but do we stop them? In fact, anyone can have a child with genetic problems. Sure, there is definitely a higher probability among close family, but getting pregnant from incest and an incestual relationship are separate things. What if one party is infertile or they're gay? Everyone here is against the risk of genetic disease (in which case I agree), but that's separate from the actual act of incest (of which I have no opinion).
