Juji&Tom are one of the best recipes out there atm. They're constantly putting the spotlight on a new activity or an 'interesting guest'. Tom has pointed out before how much effort he makes to speak to the guests in question to see what sort of rapport could be made and how the video could be made to make the content 'interesting'. Notice how seldom the focus is about themselves.
