They tried more then once to forbid the NPD with a process involving the Bundesverfassungsgericht (our highest court). Both times they failed.

Many of those NPD members will go into the underground and create partisan groups ala NSU. We also encourage those partisan movements with our laws against Nazi-symbols, the hitlergruß and such things. Why not embrace it? Let every idiot use the hitlergruß without repercussions so we know how is a rightwinger, nazi sympathizer. Its idiotic to think they stop doing the hitlergruß cause they arent allowed. They will just do it somewhere non-public and the radicalisation will only grow.

Think about it. If u let those people use the symbols and the greeting in public, we know who has a rightwing ideology. So we can atleast start a discussion and maybe show them why its wrong to be a "nazi". If we dont they do it in cellars or closed parties with other "nazis" and they will only get more radical, cause no one is telling them there its wrong.

I fuckin hate germany in that regard. All games get censored cause games are not considered art, such as movies and they destroy a very important part in those games. Its fuckin idiotic to think "Wolfenstein" would embrace a nazi ideology. Its complete the other way around. It shows why its wrong and it also plays with the idea what would ahve happened if no one would have stopped the nazis. The game itself is a message to do something against nazi ideology!
