I think Israel is unconditionally wrong when it comes to settlements.

Let me find out the historical facts.

Since 1993, Fatah's policy has been to ban terrorism against Israel. And Fatah cooperated with the Israeli government. Despite not being able to stop all terrorism, Fatah said he could condemn and talk to terrorist acts. Yes, Fatah took the armed struggle route in the early days and fought against Israel, but as he took power, he took the direction of having to negotiate.

And the Oslo Accord was broken because of Palestine? They demanded abolition of settlements and East Jerusalem. And that was a very legitimate request, because East Jerusalem was not internationally recognized as a territory of Israel. At that point, we couldn't reach an agreement and the negotiations broke.

And shortly thereafter, Israel announced its settlement policy at the Aksha Temple. And the fata that tried to prevent the intensification of Intipada's dispute was rather besieged for causing Intipada.
