Israeli court acquits men who lynched Eritrean migrant they mistook for terrorist

It's hard to defend murdering an innocent person but you have to realize the situation and Israeli lifestyle. Terrorism is a daily threat everywhere you go. There is military everywhere for this reason.

Now, these officers/soldiers thought they spotted a guy who just blew up a bus station. Do you do nothing in this situation? Do you wait for him to blow up something else? Do you take him out? It's hard to make these split second decisions after a bomb just exploded as you don't know if there's more coming.

What happened to this man is truly awful. Survived a terrorist attack only to be met with more violence and then death. But unless you're ever put in this exact situation I don't think it's fair to judge in this situation and just say oh you killed an innocent man? Life in jail!
