What country doesn’t recognize Israel as of now?

This is smaller than the list of countries that don't accept Israel, but here is the list of countries that don't admit holders of Israeli passports:

Algeria, Brunei, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Yemen

Also, don’t you have to be a citizen of a country to get a passport of said country? Russia gives away passports to foreigners?

The people in question were Russian citizens before becoming Israeli citizens. Russia technically doesn't allow dual citizenship, but mostly they do this by just not recognizing the new citizenship, rather than stripping citizenship of those Russians who acquire new nationality. There are almost a million Israelis who were born Russian citizens, some of whom have apparently kept the latter citizenship until now.
