I told the original poster to keep calling until they get in-touch with the right agent who knows what they're doing and who would be honest with them! You just removed my comment because you or Comcast didn't like what I said which is true! You know you guys are constantly doing your customers wrong and when somebody speaks out you try to shut them down?! No other subreddit has ever deleted my posts or comments before until today because I Don't Break Rules & Still Didn't but if this is how /r/Comcast_Xfinity subreddit plays (which is dirty), then you won't ever have to worry about me commenting or posting on anything else on this side of Reddit if it has anything to do with this company! Next time if I see something or experience something upsetting about this company I won't voice my feedback, next time I'll let my money do the talking instead of fooling around wasting my time and money on a company who doesn't appreciate the feedback and concerns regarding paying customers! I was giving my honest feedback along with the advice I gave to the OP in hopes somebody in charge of customer service would see and fix the issues within customer service that has been going on for years before something bad happens which the Original Poster u/deepspacenine made comments and concerns about customer service as well! Now delete this and watch how fast I walk, unlike everybody else I don't live in an area where Comcast has heavily dominated over (only) I Can Leave. The only reason why I'm still paying you today is because I'm doing a favor for family members but after today's stunt your days in my pockets are numbered so I would advise you to play your next moves with me wisely and accordingly because this is Reddit (the internet) but in the (real world) I'm your boss I PAY YOU for Your Services not the other way around. Don't let REDDIT (the internet) get you feeling uncomfortable at your job all of a sudden because if I leave, Comcast will want to know why their good paying, loyal customer, who is never late, and who is always paying extra just for the hell of it a month sometimes TWO in advance is leaving. I will surely make you out to be the sole reason and nothing else John F of /r/Comcast_Xfinity subreddit. Who knows this might not even be the Official Comcast subreddit and you might not even be an Official Employee of Comcast but if your next move with me isn't right from here and on out, you better pray (you being an Employee of Comcast) isn't true and even if you're not I'd still tell Comcast and show them screenshots that you were the SOLE reasoning to my leave because that's just how secure I am knowing that I DON'T NEED COMCAST "if" this is how CS is ran on social media as well. It's all together trash both over the phone and online fix it Jesus!!! Oh My God Comcast?! WTH I thought customer service over the internet would be a little better since black Twitter and every other social media source used for dragging companies for their dirt has been popping in favor of the people MORE lately. This is terrible! Lol...:) XD

As for u/deepspacenine I hope you find a solution to your problem didn't mean to ruin your post but I had to voice my opinion from the shock of experiencing my comment being deleted on Reddit for the first time ever period and it was deleted over NOTHING smh Good.Luck!<3
