hi u/morapti1. when kodi gets stupid and an addon doesn't want to work i do the following: 1 ) delete kodi including all profile settings (a checkbox option when you delete). 2) do a fresh reinstall of kodi 19.x don't use kodi 20.x just yet, it doesn't like a lot of addons yet (i know b/c i tried) 3) stop typing in repo urls when you go to install a repo in file manager, total waist of time, instead go to the repo url in your favorite web browser and download the repo directly (simply by clicking on it) to your computer (it will be in your downloads file) and save that file on say a thumbdrive or somewhere on your hdd or even desktop. now when you want to install from zip, you don't have to type the url in file manager any more, you just go to where you have the repo downloaded on your thumbdrive or hdd. 4) after you have installed the repo, you can easily reinstall your favorite addons. i have done this so many times, it takes me about 5-10 minutes to reinstall kodi and all addons that i like. if you want to go the traditional route after you reinstall a great website resource for kodi is https://howtomediacenter.com/en/ and they can walk you through all the best addons and how to install them. finally, get a debrid account, it;s killer and use a vpn so the dongs don't bash you. hope this helps you and pass this on to anyone that loves kodi as much as i do.....peace friendo...
