Issues and Complaints with Crunchyroll

For me to change my email through Crunchyroll customer support I need to verify payment. Does this only mean through Crunchyroll premium or include what you use to pay for items in the Crunchyroll Store? I used iTunes for the payment of premium a year ago and PayPal for items bought in the store. Do I include one or the other or both? Would just sending the Paypal proof of purchasing items on the store be enough or do I also need to show the subscription to premium? I brought up the store mainly since it mentions how accounts with no payment history are unable to be verified and I paid for items through the store and wondered if that counted. I just want to be 100% that what I am sending is correct so I get a response back ASAP.
