Issues with Uni Express service and delivery protocols. How should I proceed?

Fair point. For the record, I'm not saying that it's entirely their fault by any means—having a better phone is something that I could do in the future to avoid situations like this, although in my defense, it only recently began having issues of this nature (as in, within the past week). And like I said, it's not a lot of money. I'm more than willing to pay it as opposed to getting a drive via taxi (I don't actually own a car).

The bigger issue is whether or not the email address provided is reliable enough to receive an e-transfer. I just think it's bad optics to have a personal email rather than a professional one as the recipient of a payment.
